Return Eligibility
- Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be included

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@barrioclothing.us with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will provide you with return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
