Refund & Return Policy
At Barrio Clothing, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items according to the policy below.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In their original condition
- Returned with all original tags and packaging
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Target Country
This return policy applies to orders delivered within the United States.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Products that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery
Return Method
Returns are accepted by mail.
To start a return, please contact us at support@barrioclothing.us with your order number. Our support team will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.
Return Shipping Cost
If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect size selection, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Barrio Clothing will cover the return shipping cost.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or style, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refund Process
After your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time before the refund appears in your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging
We will review your request and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
